Provides operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, including personnel transactions, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS maintenance, employment verification, unemployment requests, payroll submissions, benefits administration, employee communications, reporting, events, and HR projects. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms, preferably Paylocity.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, requisitions, candidate communication, onboarding, and new-hire engagement. Partner with hiring managers and school leaders, strengthen employer branding through outreach and recruitment marketing, maintain accurate ATS records, report on recruiting pipelines, analyze advertising ROI, and provide talent insights. The role is hybrid in Lawrence, Massachusetts, with occasional evening or weekend hours and up to 15% travel.

Processes and reviews invoices, check requests, credit card expenses, and vendor payments for accuracy and authorization. Maintains vendor records and W-9s, performs reconciliations, responds to vendor inquiries, supports check and ACH runs, prepares accruals and audit schedules, and assists with insurance invoices, reporting, and process improvements.
