Serve as subject-matter expert for telephone numbering administration and local number portability. Manage LERG/BIRRDS/CLLI/NECA/NPAC tasks, FCC filings, regulatory compliance, represent firm in industry forums, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

Research, monitor, and summarize federal and state telecommunications, broadband, and public-utility regulatory developments. Draft and edit regulatory briefings and client guidance, maintain regulatory databases and dashboards, perform data-quality audits, prepare materials for upload, and support internal teams and clients. Collaborate across teams to evaluate emerging topics and improve systems, processes, and knowledge resources.

Lead and manage a portfolio of competitive-carrier clients (CLECs, MVNOs, aggregators), provide expert regulatory guidance on FCC and state compliance, grow accounts and business development, supervise and mentor junior staff, and represent the firm at industry events while ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.

Prepare, review, and file client tax returns; reconcile ledgers and supporting workpapers; process state and local filings; communicate with clients and agencies; maintain client relationships and handle business renewals and exemption certifications.
