Lead success planning, executive business reviews, member engagement programs, and data-driven value analysis. Identify account growth opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, advocate for customer needs, and represent Natter at association events. The role requires executive-level communication, strategic account management, and regular travel.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for association, professional society, trade organization, and government accounts with $50K+ contract values. Build Natter’s association sales playbook, engage executive and board-level stakeholders, conduct consultative discovery, develop ROI-based business cases, manage complex consensus-driven deals, forecast pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company at industry events. Regular travel across the United States and internationally is required.
