Serve as the accounting subject-matter expert for order-to-cash, cash application, AR, and reconciliation. Support pre-sales demos, lead onboarding and platform configuration, train customers, translate accounting concepts, relay practitioner feedback to Product/Engineering, and create enablement materials to ensure customers derive full value.
