Act as primary contact for partners, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, coordinate internal teams to meet partner needs, and report partner satisfaction and process gaps to leadership to maintain long-term relationships.

Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts as a trusted advisor: gather customer feedback for Product, lead renewals, identify expansion opportunities, run Quarterly Business Reviews, and measure/report Turquoise's business impact on clients.

Serve as primary contact for patient inquiries, collect and analyze patient feedback to drive improvements, collaborate with clinical and operations teams, and track/report patient satisfaction metrics.

Manage client implementations from sales handoff through onboarding completion within 30 days; maintain playbooks, report on implementation pipeline, identify and resolve roadblocks, and coordinate kickoff and transition to Customer Success Managers.

Support post-sales customer lifecycle including onboarding, renewals, and ongoing engagement. Develop account plans, run customer meetings and feature training, liaise with Engineering/Product, and identify churn risks to improve retention.

Provide empathetic, high-quality support via email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot technical and account issues, document interactions in CRM (Zendesk/Salesforce), and escalate complex problems to internal teams.
