Manage a portfolio of 75-100 principal and major gift prospects, developing cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to secure $500k+ gifts. Collaborate with faculty, senior administrators, and ARRD teams to plan visits, draft briefings, and achieve monthly activity and annual revenue goals while supervising support staff and contributing to school-wide fundraising plans.

Manage and deliver research integrity education and curriculum across the Faculty of Arts and Sciences; implement research misconduct policies and case procedures; develop SOPs, outreach, reporting, and evaluation plans; manage program logistics, budgets, and stakeholder relationships; support case management and ensure compliance with federal and university rules.

Provide advanced research portfolio and post-award management support, act as a concierge for PIs and RPMs to resolve complex policy issues, mentor new research administration staff, develop decision tools and process improvements, and coordinate escalations and audit responses across units.

Develop and maintain data cleaning and processing pipelines, manage databases using R/Python/SQL, create analytic datasets in UNIX/HPC environments, build containerized data products, document code and metadata (JSON), and support senior staff with debugging and cluster troubleshooting for environmental health research.

Lead registrar operations across enrollment services, academic planning, and records. Act as business process and student-systems liaison, prioritize process reinvention, perform data reporting and analysis, manage UAT and configuration, provide training and mentorship to Business Analysts, and support EMS room reservations and data governance.
