Customer-facing technical role designing and supporting SaaS integrations for RFID-based retail inventory deployments. Lead end-to-end deployment of iD Cloud RFID solutions for retail clients, driving project plans, stakeholder alignment, enablement, and measurable outcomes. Act as primary client liaison, ensure technical and operational integration, transfer knowledge, mitigate risks, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout pilot and rollout phases.
