The Platform Architect will bridge R&D and Field Sales teams, operationalize cloud security solutions, resolve technical issues, and enhance customer relationships while providing technical insights.

Lead and coach a regional sales team to meet quota by enforcing sales methodology, CRM usage, prospecting, and account management. Recruit, mentor, and escalate customer/channel issues while driving territory growth and solution-oriented selling for cloud/data security products.

Design, build, and maintain partner enablement curricula and instructor-led courseware; deliver trainings (virtual and in-person) from one-hour sessions to multi-day bootcamps; manage course lifecycle and LMS content; track program effectiveness; collaborate with channel, product marketing, and alliances; iterate content based on feedback; travel as needed to support partner delivery.

Serve as a technical trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers: run discovery, design tailored data security solutions, lead demos/POCs/workshops, guide deployment and integrations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and product feedback.

Manage and mentor a small customer success engineering team while acting as a hands-on technical lead and trusted advisor. Drive customer onboarding, adoption, renewals and expansion, troubleshoot technical issues, design custom use cases, run executive and technical workshops, conduct QBRs, and advocate customer feedback to product. Travel 25–50% to engage clients directly.

Serve as the technical lead for Cyera customers: onboard and train, design custom use cases, drive adoption and expansion, troubleshoot issues, run executive reviews, mentor team members, and influence product roadmap while traveling ~25–50% annually.

Build and lead an external Training & Education function: define strategy, design curriculum and certifications, hire and manage a team, own training tech and vendors, measure outcomes, and report ROI to executives.
