Cyera’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to drive successful evaluations, accelerate customer adoption, and influence product direction based on customer feedback.

This role combines deep technical expertise, strategic consulting, solution design, and exceptional communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, business objectives, security challenges, and compliance requirements.
  • Design and present tailored Cyera solutions that address customer data security, governance, and risk management needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and architecture reviews.
  • Guide customers through deployment planning, integration design, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support the sales process and drive technical win strategies.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor during evaluations and onboarding engagements.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful adoption and long-term customer value realization.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in cloud platforms, data security technologies, identity systems, and security architectures.
  • Gather customer requirements and communicate product enhancement opportunities to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Create technical documentation, reference architectures, and enablement materials.
  • Represent Cyera at industry events, webinars, customer meetings, and conferences.
Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Security Consulting, Cloud Architecture, or related customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise security architectures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of data security, data governance, privacy, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), SIEM, CSPM, DSPM, CNAPP, or related security technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience leading technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative customer-first mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
