Lead and mature the enterprise risk management program across a global organization. Identify, assess, prioritize, and monitor enterprise and emerging risks; integrate risk considerations into planning and forecasting; produce executive and Board-level reporting; strengthen risk governance and culture; and support crisis management, business continuity, and organizational resilience. Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Technology, Legal, and Product to translate complex risks into actionable business insights.

Support and execute integrated marketing initiatives across print, digital, podcasts, and events. Coordinate production schedules, manage creative trafficking, track campaign and podcast analytics, assist with RFPs and HBR Executive program marketing, and provide teleprompter and live-event support. Work cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment, prepare post-campaign reports, and support audience engagement and reporting.

Lead transformation of help desk and end user support into an AI-first digital workplace. Implement Copilot integrations, autonomous endpoint management (Intune/MDM), API-driven automation, telemetry-driven self-healing, and embed governance with Security while building and reskilling a small outcome-driven team.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for higher-education course materials. Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and product launches through educator insights, analytics, cross-functional partnership, and iterative growth experiments.

Lead DevOps strategy, enhance CI/CD pipelines, foster collaboration across teams, and mentor engineers to improve the cloud infrastructure and application delivery cycle.

Manage a regional portfolio of higher education institutions to drive revenue growth, adoption, and retention.
