The Partner Account Executive will expand partnerships, drive revenue, and manage relationships with accounting firms and industry players, while also hitting quotas and collaborating with multiple teams.

Own technical pre-sales activities: discovery, solution design, build and deliver tailored demos, scope integrations, support RFPs and security reviews, translate requirements into SOWs, and relay field learnings to product and marketing.

The BDR will identify and qualify sales opportunities in the SMB construction sector through outbound prospecting including cold calling and email marketing.

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead sales efforts to expand Adaptive into major construction companies, engaging decision-makers, managing complex sales cycles, and collaborating across teams for successful account acquisition.

Lead the first marketing function: define and own category narrative, build targeted awareness programs across construction networks and partners, and implement systems to capture and convert demand into CRM opportunities.

Own end-to-end onboarding and adoption for SaaS customers, build trusted relationships, drive retention and expansion, analyze customer data for growth opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and inform product roadmap, and refine scalable success playbooks and automation.

Provide tier-2 technical support for a construction-focused SaaS: diagnose issues via logs and dashboards, reproduce problems in sandboxes, troubleshoot QuickBooks Online integrations, escalate reproducible bugs to engineering, manage long-running cases, and produce troubleshooting documentation and Help Center content.
