What we do

Adaptive is a rapidly growing vertical AI company of 40, building an AI-native ERP for real estate and construction. Why join us?Power the local built environment

We serve the small businesses that are building communities across our country. Your favorite local café, the new house on the corner, or the ADUs helping to solve the housing crisis were all built by our customers--those who have lived in their cities for their entire lives and have a true passion for their craft. These are creative, dynamic, skilled individuals who bring neighborhoods to life by conceiving of and constructing environments where people connect and build memories.

Join a world-class team at the forefront of vertical AI

We have built a culture rooted in collaboration, execution, and experience! We have deep backgrounds in finance, technology, and construction, and a fast-growing customer base. We have the momentum, team, and vision to win in this massive market. We'd love for you to join us.

Adaptive powers the construction CAS practices of leading accounting firms like CLA, Pinion, and Melton & Melton — and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Partner Account Executive to own and grow our Partner ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our partnerships program and deepening relationships with existing partners — driving revenue and distribution through trusted industry relationships.

This is a full-cycle sales role: you'll prospect, pitch, close, and manage ongoing partner growth. If you’re excited about ownership, moving fast, and working in a high-impact environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive partner acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close new partnerships with accounting firms, fractional CFOs, consultants, and other key industry players.

  • Own the partner relationship: Build trusted, long-term relationships with our partners to help them grow their business with Adaptive.

  • Enable partners: Deliver enablement, training, and resources to activate and deepen partner adoption.

  • Hit quota and grow pipeline: Proactively manage your sales pipeline and hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the partner experience and capture feedback.

  • Champion Adaptive in the market: Represent Adaptive at industry events, on partner calls, and in demos to position Adaptive as the go-to solution for construction financial clarity.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–4 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years closing new business in a partnerships role

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a high-velocity environment

  • Experience selling to (or through) accounting firms, consultants, or channel partners is a major plus

  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Highly motivated, self-starter mentality — you thrive with autonomy and ownership

  • Comfortable running a full-cycle sales motion: from cold outreach to negotiation to expansion

  • Curious and coachable: you seek feedback and act on it

  • Prior experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM a plus

Why You’ll Love It Here:
  • Build something meaningful: help reshape construction finance for thousands of builders

  • High impact: your work will directly accelerate Adaptive’s growth trajectory and shape Adaptive's partner strategy

  • Fast-moving, high-trust team culture

  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits

  • Work from Boston, with opportunities for travel and industry events

  • Backed by world-class investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Emergence Capital
