Own end-to-end commercial analytics for major North American retail accounts: demand forecasting, inventory and PO management, in-season replenishment, assortment planning, POS/category insights, and monthly customer P&L reviews. Integrate retailer signals, run chase/cancel decisions, lead meetings, and produce actionable commercial narratives using Databricks, AWS, retail analytics platforms, and AI tools to protect revenue, drive growth, and scale analytic foundations.

Analyze retailer sales, SKU, inventory, forecasting, product assortment, market trends, and product-level profitability. Prepare forecasts, P&L statements, POS reports, and ad hoc analyses, presenting insights to internal teams and retail customers. It also supports joint business planning, in-stock performance, and corrective actions across retailers, 3PLs, warehouses, and stores.

Lead ZURU's commercial partnership with Target, owning P&L, assortment strategy, negotiations, promotional planning, and cross-functional alignment to drive growth across Pet, Household, Confectionary, and emerging categories. Use syndicated retail data to shape category strategy, optimize supply and demand, and scale brand launches while maintaining retailer relationships and execution excellence.

Support Sales and Key Account teams by owning trade performance reporting, building dashboards, analysing promotional ROI, preparing category presentations for range reviews, and collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive commercial decisions.

Manage and grow ZURU's business at Target through joint business planning, buyer relationship management, in-store and online execution, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize shelf share, distribution, and P&L performance.

Lead CPFR collaboration with retailers to optimize inventory, own custom replenishment reporting, drive S&OP cycles, manage supply chain operations and promotional inventory execution, and support e-commerce fulfillment strategies.

Manage and grow a significant portion of ZURU's business with a major US retailer. Develop customer business plans, drive sales, profit, distribution, and market share, build financial models, forecast demand, analyze category and shopper data, lead customer meetings, influence assortment and promotional decisions, and partner cross-functionally to execute strategies.

Support Key Account sales by owning trade performance reporting, dashboards, and promotional ROI analysis. Build customer-ready presentations, track distribution and SKU performance, support range reviews and NPD launches, and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure promotional effectiveness and accurate trade spend reporting.
