Walmart sets the pace. You keep the shelves full.

Who We Are

ZURU is a reimagination company. We look for categories that have stood still, then we build next-generation products and brands that set the new standard. ZURU Toys is reimagining play. ZURU Edge is reinventing everyday consumer brands. Rhodes Pet Science is reimagining pet science. ZURU Tech is leading the next building revolution.

ZURU started in 2003 with two brothers from New Zealand, and we’re still founder-owned and operated today. Since then we’ve become the world’s second-biggest privately held toy company, and nearly half of all Gen Y and Gen Z households with kids in the US own a ZURU product. Today we’re 5,000 people in 34 offices, selling into more than 150 markets, backed by over 100 acres of fully automated manufacturing. And we’re only getting started.

The Opportunity

As CPFR Manager for ZURU Edge, you’ll build strong partnerships with our retail partners to optimize inventory and reporting. This is a highly customer-facing role: you’ll lead joint business planning, keep supply chain strategy and execution aligned with the retailer, own custom reporting for replenishment managers, lead S&OP, and mentor the analysts around you.

The Impact You’ll Make

In the short term, you’ll protect in-stocks and keep resets, feature events and promotions landing on time, with clear reporting that helps the team make fast decisions. Over the longer term, you’ll build a stronger, more data-led replenishment partnership with Walmart, improve OTIF and inventory health, and grow the capability of the analysts around you.

What You’ll Do
  • Joint business planning – Partner with retailers on joint business planning to align inventory strategies and promotional execution.

  • S&OP leadership – Lead S&OP, managing demand and supply planning cycles and communicating risks and mitigation plans.

  • Reporting & insights – Own custom reporting for replenishment managers and build dashboards and KPI reports for OTIF, in-stocks, inventory health and sell-through.

  • In-stock protection – Review outages from IDC to store and put structural fixes in place, including manual orders when needed.

  • Item maintenance – Lead item maintenance with Walmart to make sure items are set up correctly and orderable.

  • Feature order supply – Manage supply for feature orders, including port splits, MABDs and store counts, and oversee inventory transfers between IDCs.

  • Resets & events – Plan and manage major Walmart resets, modular changes and feature events, making sure pipeline-fill meets key set dates.

  • E-commerce fulfillment – Manage fulfillment for Walmart.com, including D2C, store pickup and WFS, and monitor online in-stocks and delivery times.

  • Problem solving – Lead the response to supply chain disruptions, escalating and resolving bottlenecks quickly.

  • Analyst development – Mentor analysts in communication, data development and spotting opportunities.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in CPFR, supply chain or customer replenishment roles

  • Strong customer-facing experience with major retailers (Walmart experience preferred).

  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.

  • Familiarity with retail systems such as Walmart Retail Link, Scintilla and Supplier One.

  • US work authorization required.

Who thrives at ZURU

This isn’t a 9-to-5. We move fast, think big and set goals most companies would call impossible, then go after them. The people who thrive here are entrepreneurs at heart. They own their work, chase bold ideas and never stop raising the bar.

At ZURU, you drive your career, and we give you the platform to take it as far as you can. There are opportunities here that you won’t find anywhere else, and you’ll be surrounded by talented people who make things happen. We’re a true meritocracy: we reward impact, not tenure.

How we work

Big ideas happen when great people work side by side, so we’re office-first by design. Being together means faster collaboration, sharper decisions and stronger teams, and it’s where the real learning happens. Some flexibility may be available depending on the role, location and business needs, but most roles are office-based.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
