Own the accounting function for a PE-backed SaaS company, leading financial close and reporting, technical accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, controls, audits, tax compliance, ERP strategy, treasury, banking, and sponsor reporting. Build scalable processes and develop the accounting team while partnering with the CFO on board reporting, financing, M&A, and potential exit activities.

Lead architecture across engineering teams, produce ADRs and standards, mentor senior engineers, and communicate technical tradeoffs to product and executive stakeholders. The role requires extensive AWS and SaaS architecture experience, including transitioning products from on-premises or private cloud to public SaaS.

Build and own high-performance full-stack web application features across UI, backend services, APIs, databases, and data workflows. Partner with product and design on requirements, integrate AI capabilities, ensure quality through testing and optimization, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical leadership.

Own the enterprise deal desk, structuring complex transactions, enforcing pricing and discounting discipline, and coordinating approvals across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success. Lead RFP responses, pricing and packaging strategy, CPQ and quote-to-cash operations, business-value modeling, renewal commercials, revenue assurance, and commercial audits. Ensure accurate, compliant quotes and contracts while balancing sales velocity, revenue integrity, and commercial risk.

Own the operational infrastructure of People Experience, including HRIS and ATS administration, data governance, analytics, onboarding and offboarding, compliance, policies, employee communications, compensation and merit cycles, equity tracking, bonuses, benefits oversight, and recognition programs. Build scalable HR processes, maintain job architecture and leveling frameworks, support global operations, and partner with leadership, Legal, Finance, and People Business Partners in a fast-moving technology environment.

Partners with enterprise and MSP customers to identify network automation opportunities, analyze network environments and ITSM data, and architect automation solutions using NetBrain Runbooks, Qapps, Dataviews, and integrations. Trains customer engineers to maintain and expand automation capabilities, collaborates with vendor partners, researches automation content, and delivers reliable troubleshooting and network operations solutions.

Lead solutions marketing for NetBrain’s network automation platform by discovering high-value use cases, developing positioning and proof points, creating launch content, and executing go-to-market plans. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partners on joint solutions, co-branded assets, co-selling motions, and industry-specific narratives. Maintain organized solution content and manage multiple concurrent launches and partner or vertical initiatives.

Develop positioning and messaging for NetBrain’s network automation platform, create sales and customer-facing marketing assets, support product launches and go-to-market plans, maintain competitive differentiation, and gather market feedback. Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, GTM Enablement, and Analyst Relations to translate technical capabilities into compelling buyer and seller content.

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Salesforce CPQ. Design integrations, migrate legacy automation, improve user experiences, enforce data security and quality, and troubleshoot complex issues. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, write tests, conduct code reviews, document solutions, and manage releases through deployment pipelines, version control, and sandbox strategies. Collaborate with architects, administrators, and cross-functional stakeholders.
