Founded in 2004, NetBrain is the leader in no-code network automation. Its ground-breaking Next-Gen platform provides IT operations teams with the ability to scale their hybrid multi-cloud connected networks by automating the processes associated with Diagnostic Troubleshooting, Outage Prevention and Protected Change Management.  Today, over 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers leverage NetBrain’s platform.

What We Need

NetBrain Technologies is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will work across front-end and back-end, architecting and building high-performance web applications end-to-end—from UI and user experience through services, APIs, and data. Our platform powers agentic network operations, helping enterprises automate network diagnosis, change management, and remediation at scale. We need someone with solid fundamentals in both front-end and back-end who can own features across the stack, and who learns new technical areas quickly. If you're comfortable working end-to-end and thrive in a role that spans the whole stack, this is for you. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of features end-to-end, collaborates closely with product and design, and can serve as a technical anchor for the team.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with product and design to define features, specifications, and requirements; take ownership end-to-end from architecture through testing and validation.
  • Architect and build full-stack features spanning front-end UI, back-end services and APIs, database design, and data workflows—with an emphasis on integrating AI capabilities to solve customer problems.
  • Own quality across the development lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and serve as a technical anchor for the team.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3-5 years  of relevant industry working experience.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns, with strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with server-side development in C#, C++, Java, or a comparable language — C# is a strong plus given our stack
  • Experience designing and building REST APIs and working with relational/non-relational databases
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in modern web frameworks (React or Angular), and solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks, LLM tool use, and agentic workflows is a strong plus
  • Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
  • Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.

What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

For this role, the estimated base is $115,000-137,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The range listed above is a guideline and may be modified. People Experience offers a comprehensive benefits package in addition to cash compensation that includes but is not limited to 401k and medical/dental coverage. Speak with your Recruiter for more details on our Total Rewards philosophy.
