Build and productionize AI-driven GTM workflows for Growth, including outbound orchestration, campaign tooling, signal and enrichment pipelines, seller skills, paid-media automation, review agents, and deliverability controls. Own reliability, observability, testing, learning loops, warehouse integrations, and migration to the Firn framework while partnering with data engineers, marketers, sellers, and platform engineering.

Lead the expansion of Snowplow’s Firn applied AI platform, initially focused on go-to-market intelligence. Design and productionize platform services, agents, tools, MCP and LLM gateways, tracing, evaluation infrastructure, learning loops, and data integrations. Establish engineering standards for reliability, observability, cost management, documentation, and recovery while setting the technical roadmap and guiding platform architecture. Collaborate with data engineers and nontechnical internal customers, and own services as they transition into production.

Build and deploy production agentic workflows that transform recurring business processes across company functions. Responsibilities include mapping workflows, evaluating AI opportunities, developing agents on a shared framework, defining approval gates, improving reliability and evaluation, preparing data and systems for agent use, training functional teams, and documenting reusable implementation patterns. The role requires close collaboration with non-engineers, senior stakeholders, and domain experts, plus strong ownership through handoff and ongoing platform improvement.

Lead Snowplow’s product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, packaging, product launches, competitive intelligence, field enablement, analyst relations, partner marketing, and customer narratives. Translate complex behavioral data and AI infrastructure capabilities for technical and business audiences. Build an AI-native marketing function, support sales and pricing decisions, shape market feedback for product teams, and represent Snowplow through events, published thought leadership, and executive communications.
