Lead cross-stream analysis and decomposition to translate complex business goals into technical specifications and user stories. Guide architectural decisions, manage dependencies and risks, define analysis standards, produce executive decision materials, and mentor analysts while ensuring regulatory, security, and privacy considerations are addressed for scalable end-to-end software delivery.

Lead end-to-end delivery of EMR integrations and upgrades: develop project plans, coordinate Sales/Engineering/Product/Customer Success, ensure HL7 and technical standards, manage client communications, run training and go-live readiness, and transition customers to post-implementation support.
