Assist with engineering and servicing of solar systems while developing, testing, validating, and deploying firmware solutions. Monitor fleet performance, identify and resolve field issues, and support firmware release improvements through documentation, version control, release packaging, and OTA update management. Collaborate with internal technical teams and external contractors on embedded, electromechanical, and IoT-connected products.

Manage regional sales pipeline for SmartFlower's solar solutions, engaging stakeholders, tracking sales activities in CRM, and presenting value propositions to clients. Requires strong B2B sales experience and comfort with travel.
