The Operations Associate performs entry-level functions related to plan operations, including payroll processing, contribution monitoring, and client inquiries, while ensuring quality service and operational efficiency.

Provide client service and investment operations support including account openings, transfers, trade placement and quarterly rebalancing, CRM maintenance, billing and fee reconciliation, operational reporting, and collaboration with compliance and internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in a professional services environment, working on projects like presentations, advertisements, social media, and video editing.
