Supports Boston Red Sox Baseball Operations through administrative work, player research, strategic initiatives, logistics, process improvement, and video, data, and technology management. Provides support for the MLB Draft, trade deadline, free agency, and salary arbitration while developing baseball operations skills through education, mentorship, and project-based experience.

Lead administration and optimization of the finance technology stack (NetSuite, Planful, integrations). Build and maintain integrations, scripts, and queries (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteQL/SQL). Manage updates, access controls, testing, user training, and data governance. Partner with IT and finance stakeholders to deliver process automation, reporting, and a financial data warehouse while ensuring internal controls and audit readiness.
