Leads total rewards strategy, compensation benchmarking, pay equity, benefits renewal, retirement programs, and HRIS administration for a biotech organization. Oversees people data accuracy, reporting, system integrations, compliance, SEC compensation disclosures, SOX controls, audits, and multi-country benefits requirements. Partners with executives, Finance, vendors, brokers, and external counsel while managing merit cycles, open enrollment, employee benefits issues, and HR systems processes.

Leads complex IT initiatives and serves as the primary technical escalation point. Administers Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Okta, endpoint security, identity, and access-management systems. Develops PowerShell automation, troubleshoots advanced technical issues, supports employees globally with internal engineers and MSPs, maintains ITSM documentation, and advises IT Operations leadership on tools, standards, vendors, and continuous improvement.
