The Applied AI & Analytics Associate will conduct high-impact analytical work across functions, utilizing AI and data to drive business decisions and improvements, while collaborating with senior stakeholders and building analytical tools and models.

Leads predictive media measurement across digital and traditional channels, building marketing mix, attribution, incrementality, and forecasting models. Owns KPIs, dashboards, signal detection, audience and creative effectiveness, brand health, and ambassador evaluation. Translates complex analytics into recommendations that optimize media allocation and marketing performance. Partners with agencies, marketing, brand, data, and engineering teams; mentors junior analysts and drives data-informed decisions across global markets.

Own end-to-end data products, including source onboarding, API and file-feed ingestion, orchestration, incremental and idempotent pipelines, Snowflake and dbt Cloud modeling, testing, documentation, alerting, and production reliability. Establish engineering standards, manage secrets and governance, use AI coding tools responsibly, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers.
