Own and improve the Bazel-based firmware build system, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions/runners, and HIL test infrastructure. Integrate third-party safety tooling, build automation, and Python internal tooling to increase developer velocity while maintaining reproducibility and safety rigor for safety-critical firmware.

Manage all phases of construction projects (especially data centers): plan, direct, coordinate teams, enforce contract compliance, review plans/costs/schedules, reconcile estimates, manage change orders, and ensure safety and client satisfaction.

Lead physical implementation of complex digital/mixed-signal IC blocks through floorplanning, place-and-route, timing closure, physical verification, and tapeout. Drive timing, congestion, power, area optimizations; develop automation/scripts; collaborate with RTL/STA/DFT/library/package teams; mentor juniors; support integration, signoff, and tapeout planning.

Serve as a strategic HR partner for ~300 consultants across multiple U.S. offices. Advise leaders on talent strategy, performance management, employee relations, change initiatives, workforce planning, and DEI. Lead HR projects, ensure compliance with employment laws, partner with HR functions (Compensation, TA, L&D), coach leaders, and drive engagement and retention efforts across the region.
