The Head of Engineering will drive technical direction, develop product architecture, and eventually lead the engineering team while coding and building AI systems.

Identify and engage prospects through inbound and outbound sales efforts, conduct discovery calls, present solutions, manage pipeline opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, meet sales targets, and coordinate customer handoffs with internal teams.

Design, build, and deploy production machine learning and LLM systems, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, and embeddings. Own technical delivery from architecture through monitoring and iteration, collaborate with client engineering and product teams, mentor junior ML engineers, and help establish internal technical standards and best practices.

Manage the performance management system, support managers with individual development plans, track and evaluate development activities, support succession planning, design and run engagement surveys and programs, assess training needs, coordinate training, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Lead complex enterprise sales across named manufacturing accounts, from opportunity creation through global expansion. Build executive relationships, develop operational and financial business cases, navigate multithreaded buying groups, manage pilots and proof-of-value programs, negotiate procurement and legal processes, and close high-value deals. Establish expansion strategies that scale initial deployments across multiple sites while improving enterprise account planning, qualification, forecasting, and deal execution.

Build and lead the US revenue operations function across direct enterprise and partner-led sales motions. Own forecasting, pipeline management, partner attribution, territories, quotas, compensation, CRM and GTM systems, deal desk processes, lead-to-cash operations, data governance, and executive reporting. Establish scalable processes and infrastructure for revenue visibility, channel operations, commercial approvals, and sales performance.

Write and optimize persuasive, on-brand B2B copy across channels (landing pages, emails, decks, blog posts, case studies). Support positioning, refresh materials for clarity and conversion, collaborate with marketing, sales, and SMEs, and follow briefs and content processes.

Own and scale a TikTok creator community on Discord as a revenue channel. Responsibilities include creator recruiting, tiering, incentives, retention, training, funnel reporting, ROI analysis, people management, cross-functional coordination, escalations, automation, attribution, payment workflows, and playbook development. The role manages creator performance across GMV, content volume, conversion, and program economics while preparing operations for significant scale.

Support the sales team by managing client relationships, meeting with clients online to assess needs, following up on leads, reaching out to prospects, and maintaining client data in a CRM to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Serve as CEO's right hand to define success metrics, lead cross-functional initiatives, build internal systems and processes, analyze product and customer data, run growth experiments, manage vendors, and operationalize high-impact projects to scale the company.
