Owns RYZE’s subscriber retention program from analytics through execution. Responsibilities include cohort, churn, and LTV analysis; identifying churn drivers; designing subscriber journey interventions; optimizing save, cancellation, and win-back programs; running A/B tests; reporting program performance; and leading a Retention Analyst.
