Serve as a strategic advisor to physician and healthcare practice owners on accounting, tax, financial performance, profitability, compensation, cash flow, and operational strategy. The role requires collaborating across sales, product, engineering, and professional services while supporting fintech and banking customers with identity, fraud, credit, and compliance solutions.

Pre-sales SAP technical consultant supporting late-stage sales: advise on SAP (S/4HANA, ECC) integrations, design/validate integration workflows, map financial data to SAP structures, demonstrate integration requirements, deliver POCs, and relay product gaps to engineering.

Provide technical customer support for Moov’s SDKs, APIs, and integrations through email, Slack, web forms, and in-app channels. Troubleshoot frontend and API issues, create proof-of-concept implementations, guide customers through best practices, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Writing teams. Process high-volume loan applications while meeting quality and compliance standards. Respond to inbound customer calls, make outbound verification calls, request additional information, resolve issues through phone, email, or fax, and maintain accurate customer account records. The role includes a three-week training program and requires strong communication, empathy, multitasking, adaptability, comfort with technology, and success in a remote work environment.
