Lead the transformation of Sales Support into a scalable, data-driven, AI-enabled capability. Modernize workflows, service models, and performance visibility while identifying practical AI and automation use cases. Shape commercial acceleration initiatives across customers, partners, and installed-base opportunities, creating repeatable playbooks and measurable execution plans. Influence stakeholders across Sales, Operations, IT, Data, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams while driving adoption, accountability, and cross-functional execution.

Owns sales orders from purchase order intake through validation, booking, and warehouse release. Reviews documentation, resolves discrepancies, coordinates with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Production, Operations, and Logistics, and supports delivery and invoicing. Identifies process bottlenecks, improves data quality, contributes to automation and AI-enabled workflows, manages complex exceptions, and coaches colleagues on booking processes and systems.

Provides technical troubleshooting and assistance to AutoStore partners, handling incidents, warranty, spare parts, delivery quality, and robot repair cases. Delivers on-site support, trade show assistance, partner training, and knowledge-base content. Collaborates with Sales and R&D, maintains support KPIs, builds stakeholder relationships, and participates in weekend shifts and on-call rotations. Requires regular travel and the ability to understand complex automated fulfillment systems.

Serve as the technical liaison to partner organizations, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction of AutoStore products. Troubleshoot and document technical issues, run performance reviews, conduct trainings, coordinate with Sales and R&D, and travel onsite for escalations and service reviews.

Provide technical assistance and on-site support to partners for AutoStore systems, troubleshoot incidents and robot repairs, contribute to knowledge base and trainings, meet KPIs, work weekend shifts and join an on-call rotation, and travel ~10-20%.

Act as primary customer contact to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing health of AutoStore systems. Monitor performance, analyze data to recommend optimizations, run strategic reviews, support technical troubleshooting, drive upsell opportunities, maintain high NPS, and advocate customer needs internally.

Lead a regional Customer Success team to drive customer retention, adoption, and expansion of AutoStore solutions. Own strategic customer relationships, coach and develop managers, coordinate cross-functional efforts, monitor success metrics, and drive operational improvements to maximize customer value and lifetime revenue.

Lead North America solutions development and presales teams to design and advocate AutoStore automation solutions. Build partner and customer relationships, support high-value deals, influence product roadmap, create enablement tools and best practices, evaluate ROI, monitor adoption, and mentor colleagues across commercial, product, engineering, and partner organizations.
