Provide operational leadership and portfolio accounting expertise for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Design and deliver customized performance reporting, manage alternative and manual accounts in Orion/Addepar, troubleshoot complex discrepancies, build scalable UHNW reporting processes, and partner cross-functionally to support advisors and improve operations.

Administer and analyze variable advisor compensation, process semi-monthly payroll cycles, maintain compensation system and Salesforce dashboards, develop reporting and integration support for advisor team setups, communicate with advisors to resolve compensation questions, and recommend process or system improvements.

Identify and qualify prospective clients through high-volume outbound calls and email, set appointments for financial advisors, record interactions in Salesforce, partner with marketing to communicate value, and maintain financial industry knowledge and compliance.
