Lead delivery of auth-related software projects end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage release calendars and JIRA, surface risks, drive PDLC best practices, and build scalable automated AI reporting for stakeholders.

Lead strategic B2B relationship management for fintech and crypto clients. Own onboarding, retention, renewals, upsell, cross-functional advocacy, account strategy, reporting, and service delivery while driving client satisfaction and operational improvements.
