Architects complex embedded hardware and software systems for edge AI and audio technologies. Evaluates feasibility, develops simulations and prototypes, deploys machine learning models on edge devices, and designs reusable architectures, algorithms, frameworks, and IP. Builds AI-enabled engineering workflows to accelerate architecture exploration and verification while balancing power, memory, compute, latency, performance, and security. Provides principal-level technical leadership across internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

Leads the technical architecture, integration, packaging, and commercialization of Bose consumer audio and hearables technology. Oversees DSP, embedded software, hardware, reference designs, SDKs, tuning tools, technical documentation, licensing integrations, and IP compliance. Supports external licensees and ODM partners while mentoring specialized audio, DSP, firmware, and hardware engineering teams. Requires deep expertise in real-time audio processing, hearables algorithms, Bluetooth LE Audio, codecs, acoustic systems, and embedded platforms.

Develop and productize machine learning and digital signal processing algorithms for speech and audio applications, including noise suppression, echo cancellation, beamforming, spatial audio, and enhancement. Research modern deep learning approaches, prototype with Python or MATLAB, and deploy optimized real-time solutions on consumer hardware. Collaborate across research, systems engineering, and product development to deliver robust audio technologies at scale.

Develop and integrate platform software for audio technology products using Linux, RTOS, C/C++, Python, DSP, and middleware. Support product delivery, resolve cross-component and partner integration issues, build scalable software components, and collaborate with systems, QA, and security teams. Maintain integration documentation, matrices, and progress reporting while representing software interests across teams. Experience with audio technologies, latency-sensitive systems, room correction, system integration, OEM/ODM collaboration, or consumer electronics is valuable.
