Lead systems engineering for advanced audio platforms across embedded, cloud, mobile, and AI/ML domains. Define architecture and requirements, perform trade studies and risk analysis, ensure traceability and verification, drive platform reuse, influence hardware/software decisions, and partner cross-functionally to deliver consumer and automotive audio products from concept through launch.

Design, implement, and validate DSP algorithms for licensable audio technologies. Adapt and optimize audio, speech, noise-reduction, and microphone-array algorithms for embedded real-time systems and partner platforms. Support integration, testing, tuning, and partner enablement; evaluate third-party technologies and collaborate across engineering, systems, software, and product teams to deliver robust, portable, and scalable solutions.

Architect complex embedded hardware and software systems for next-generation audio products. Evaluate feasibility, tradeoffs, scalability, and system constraints across power, compute, memory, latency, performance, and security. Develop simulations, prototypes, AI agents, and automated engineering workflows for architecture exploration and verification. Translate audio, sensing, machine learning, and AI technologies into reusable platforms, frameworks, algorithms, and IP while providing principal-level technical leadership across engineering teams, suppliers, and partners.

Develop, optimize, and deploy audio and multimodal machine learning models on embedded and edge devices. Build real-time inference pipelines, convert models to efficient C/C++ implementations, and optimize latency, memory, SRAM, and power across MCUs, DSPs, NPUs, and accelerators. Collaborate with researchers, DSP experts, firmware engineers, and hardware teams to deliver production-ready embedded AI systems using model development, quantization, profiling, and on-device runtimes.

Leads end-to-end architecture for complex consumer and automotive audio systems spanning hardware, software, DSP, acoustics, connectivity, sensing, compute, and user experience. Defines system decomposition, interfaces, requirements, data flows, resource allocation, and technical tradeoffs. Identifies cross-domain risks, evaluates architectures through modeling and prototyping, develops reusable platforms and reference designs, and provides principal-level technical leadership across engineering teams, suppliers, and partners.

Provide senior employment and labor law counsel to HR and business leaders globally, manage employment disputes and outside counsel, ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws, develop HR policy and training, and advise on workplace investigations, leaves, accommodations, performance management, terminations, wage-and-hour, hiring, and workforce restructuring.

Lead global Procure-to-Pay and Account-to-Report processes, driving standardization, governance, and continuous improvement. Own finance process architecture, SAP S/4HANA transformation, and digital initiatives using process mining, automation, AI, and analytics.
