Manage strategic accounts in the Factory Automation business to drive revenue growth. Develop account strategies, engage engineering and purchasing stakeholders, provide consultative support through design and purchasing cycles, present products, track forecasts and pipeline, surface customer insights for product teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand market share.

Lead and execute MISUMI Americas demand generation strategy, owning lead lifecycle, multi-channel acquisition, measurement (MQLs, signups, revenue), funnel optimization, budget forecasting, cross-functional alignment with Sales and Product, and vendor/agency management to drive pipeline and conversion.

Manage and grow assigned accounts by developing strategic account plans, prospecting to build pipeline, securing prototyping and production opportunities, negotiating contracts, forecasting in Salesforce, and representing MISUMI at industry events to meet sales quotas.

Design and develop engineering-focused curriculum, lab modules, and project-based learning experiences for MISUMI University. Create instructor guides, student materials, assessments, and digital assets; align content with academic standards (e.g., ABET), pilot in classrooms, collaborate with engineers, and iterate based on learning effectiveness. Support scalable delivery (in-person, hybrid, self-paced) and contribute to the QMS.
