Support the OT team in GxP computer systems: assist with CSV testing, build/test electronic batch records and logbooks, create/update SOPs and knowledge articles, and work on process improvement and manufacturing support projects.

Assist with operational data collection for simulation, build engineering spec libraries, and develop CapEx templates in Asana.

Support Quality and Training Systems activities including document control, training compliance, and records management in a GxP-regulated environment. Work with the Quality team to maintain inspection-ready systems and use tools like Veeva Vault LMS.

Support QA operations at a GxP manufacturing facility by reviewing batch records, maintaining QMS knowledge, communicating across teams, participating in continuous improvement, and gaining hands-on cell therapy manufacturing experience.

Support QC laboratory digital transformation by collecting data and developing tools, build LIMS master data, and improve reagent and sample inventory management while working cross-functionally to increase lab efficiency.

Support finance team with accounting tasks, cost modeling, pricing and margin analysis, process improvement, and operational projects. Build financial models, assist journal entries and account analysis, and collaborate with operations and procurement to improve efficiency and reporting.

Hands-on laboratory internship supporting development and scale-up of cellular bioprocess workflows. Execute experiments with primary cell isolation, activation, expansion, viral-based transduction, bioreactor culture, cryopreservation, and immunological assays. Maintain lab operations, notebooks, data analysis, and present results internally.
