Own full-cycle global recruiting across Sales, R&D, Product, Design, and G&A. Partner with hiring managers and FP&A on workforce planning, hiring prioritization, and budget alignment. Optimize Greenhouse workflows, reporting, recruiting analytics, and funnel efficiency. Develop sourcing strategies, strengthen talent pipelines and referrals, improve structured and inclusive interviewing, and deliver a consistent candidate experience. The role also supports broader People Team projects and requires approximately 5% travel.

Own sales and revenue operations workflows, including territory design, Salesforce pipeline hygiene, forecasting, quota setting, compensation tracking, reporting infrastructure, and process documentation. Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Deal Desk to improve forecast accuracy, operational consistency, and scalable revenue processes. Apply AI tools to automate workflows and support reporting and territory analysis.

Conduct proactive security reviews of features, architectures, integrations, and AI/ML systems. Lead threat modeling, design reviews, secure SDLC practices, vulnerability remediation, AI security governance, incident response exercises, and security automation. Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs, collaborate with consultants on penetration testing and vendor assessments, and influence engineering teams on security without owning their roadmaps.

Lead design and implementation of computer vision systems for mapping, localization, image analysis, and 3D reconstruction on construction site data. Develop and optimize SLAM/SfM/VIO, deep learning perception models, and multi-modal approaches. Prototype, test, oversee datasets and collaborate with platform engineers to productionize scalable, robust solutions.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for strategic data center accounts, drive new logo acquisition, manage complex procurement and security reviews, build executive relationships, apply MEDDPICC-style methodology, maintain forecasts and pipeline, and partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to expand accounts.
