Lead development and execution of customer lifecycle marketing programs—adoption, retention, advocacy, and expansion—across global segments. Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive cross-sell, product adoption, events, and advocacy. Own customer communications, flagship summit planning, advocacy programs, Global Risk Exchange growth, KPI reporting, budget and vendor management, and continuous improvement using martech and analytics.

The Account Executive will drive growth in the Mid-Market segment by developing and closing high-value sales opportunities in TPRM, GRC, and cybersecurity, while maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Lead and measure global technical support for ProcessUnity's TPRM platforms. Manage L2 support team, own escalations for enterprise accounts, partner with engineering on triage, run AI-driven support/knowledge programs, improve processes and SLAs, and report support health to leadership.
