Own and scale Provider Operations’ operating model, workflows, systems, and performance standards. Lead cross-functional initiatives, define strategic frameworks, standardize processes, and identify improvements across people, process, and technology. Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing to translate operational needs into scalable solutions and use data to improve efficiency, consistency, and provider experience.

Supports provider account data quality and engagement workflows for the Practice Access Management team. Maintains accurate Salesforce accounts and contacts, resolves duplicates and data issues, monitors workflow alerts, conducts outbound outreach to provider offices, verifies practice information and communication consent, documents interactions, handles inbound pharmacy requests, and makes timely handoffs to the PAM team.

The Salesforce Developer will lead Salesforce development and administration, including customizations, integrations, and process automation, while ensuring data integrity and user support.
