The role drives enterprise consistency, employee connection, culture transformation, stakeholder engagement, corporate reputation, and communications governance across HR, Legal-Ethics & Compliance, Communications & Governance, and global corporate sites.

Leads Takeda’s global enterprise technology communications strategy, including AI, digital transformation, data, cybersecurity, executive communications, employee engagement, media relations, and thought leadership. Advises the Chief Digital and Technology Officer and leadership team, develops enterprise narratives, strengthens external technology reputation, aligns global stakeholders, and leads a geographically distributed communications team. The role also establishes communications governance, measurement approaches, and strategic messaging that explains how technology supports business performance, innovation, patients, and long-term growth.
