Provides high-level administrative support to a VP or above and leadership team by managing complex calendars, travel, communications, meetings, events, expenses, onboarding, and confidential information. Serves as a liaison to stakeholders, supports talent and development logistics, contributes to administrative community initiatives, and improves processes. Collaborates with brand, data, technology, analytics, sales, patient services, market access, and other teams to deliver compliant, personalized, data-driven patient engagement and conversion experiences.

Leads enterprise-level Global Capability Management initiatives, overseeing portfolio planning, governance, execution, financial discipline, risk management, business continuity, and executive reporting.
