Supports global support operations by planning and monitoring project delivery, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers, generating operational reports, analyzing data, optimizing workflows, and improving cost efficiency. The role also supports customer installations, ad hoc requests, and spare-parts inventory while ensuring timely execution and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Drafts and negotiates commercial contracts, including procurement, purchasing, OEM, reseller, and NDA agreements. Advises on contract issues and responds to RFPs and RFIs under tight deadlines. Reviews agreements, identifies non-standard terms and risks, and explains them to stakeholders. Collaborates with sales operations, finance, marketing, technology alliances, executive management, and other cross-functional teams.

Owns presales technical evaluations, customer onboarding, field troubleshooting, lab and acceptance testing, and first-line triage for enterprise storage products. Runs demos and POCs, performs on-site installs, maintains lab environments, validates releases, manages Jira triage, and documents procedures and release notes.

Own the product roadmap and backlog for InfiniBox/InfuzeOS; gather and prioritize enterprise requirements; write PRDs and validate features; partner with R&D on releases; produce documentation and enablement; support pre-sales and competitive positioning; track storage market trends and collaborate cross-functionally.
