The Strategic Operations Manager will oversee business unit operations, support strategic projects for growth, and partner with leadership to drive initiatives from analysis to execution.

Lead global Talent Acquisition operations by improving processes, technology adoption (Phenom, Workday), analytics, governance, and contingent workforce programs. Drive automation, change management, vendor management, cross-functional projects, and executive reporting to improve recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

Lead and scale the client success organization across regions or product lines. Define strategy, KPIs, governance, and budgets; drive technology adoption and process transformation; influence executives and product/pricing; manage performance, training, and compliance to ensure client retention, growth, and operational excellence.

Provide daily operational support for Itemized Bill Review teams, managing claims screening/distribution, audits, reporting, client savings identification, QA of digitized records, training/onboarding, and ensuring compliance with client contractual parameters and privacy standards.

Lead full-funnel journey architecture and marketing automation to drive pipeline and revenue. Own HubSpot configuration, Snowflake-based audience activation, DXP integration, ABM, AI-driven scoring and next-best-action orchestration. Align marketing and sales through SLAs, measurement frameworks, experimentation, and executive reporting. Build and lead a team and govern journey systems, data integrity, and cross-functional enablement.

Provide legal counsel on data privacy, data use rights, HIPAA and state privacy laws, AI and cybersecurity obligations. Draft and negotiate contracts (including privacy/security provisions), support offshore initiatives, incident response, and policy/training development. Partner with product, IT, sales, privacy teams and outside counsel to manage legal risk and compliance for healthcare data and technology initiatives.

Own solution strategy and value-stream alignment for an assigned product portfolio. Define scope, sequencing, investment priorities, and build long-term vision, business cases, and ROI models. Partner across Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Commercialization, and external stakeholders to translate strategy into epics and roadmap direction, support pricing/commercialization/pre-sales, and identify strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.

Lead AIOps strategy and architecture to modernize operations during AWS migration. Design and implement observability, agentic AI, ChatOps, and SRE practices to improve incident detection, triage, remediation, automation, and platform resilience. Partner across engineering, cloud, security, and operations to establish standards, governance, playbooks, and mentor teams.

The Chief of Staff supports the CRO in aligning priorities, driving initiatives, managing operations, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across Sales & Client Management.
