Lead a global QA team to drive test automation, shift-left practices, and release readiness for .NET-based products. Own automation frameworks, integration/E2E and performance testing, ETL and AWS migration quality, PHI test data strategies, KPIs and executive reporting, hiring and coaching, and modernizing legacy QA into AI-enabled, high-performing teams.

Own the engineering foundation of Zelis’s data platform, including Snowflake architecture, scalability, resilience, tooling, CI/CD, DevOps, dbt standards, governance, security, and PHI/DLP controls. Designs and maintains Snowflake pipelines, tables, stored procedures, monitoring scenarios, KPI infrastructure, and data quality controls. Serves as the Snowflake subject matter expert, documents architecture and operational processes, guides technical partners, and translates business needs into scalable data solutions. The role requires production data engineering experience, advanced SQL, Snowflake expertise, job scheduling, pipeline operations, and stakeholder communication.

Leads and develops the Cost Engine software engineering team while remaining hands-on with C#/.NET APIs, backend services, ETL, and data systems.
