Support Sales Operations PMO by gathering requirements, performing process and root-cause analysis, translating needs into decision-ready recommendations, creating reports and dashboards, facilitating cross-functional alignment, assessing risks/impacts, and providing data-driven insights to improve planning, delivery, and adoption across the Sales organization.

Manage a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts, build strong customer relationships, and act as primary customer contact. Use Salesforce and Office tools to capture insights, process orders, support returns, collaborate with channel managers, and promote product adoption. Travel occasionally for trade shows and events, advocate for customer needs, and drive retention and growth.

Manage assigned customer accounts by monitoring payments, calling and emailing customers, resolving discrepancies, negotiating payment arrangements and credit terms, approving orders, maintaining accurate account records, and supporting business-building and risk-management efforts.

Manage and grow assigned territory by developing relationships with high-potential accounts, delivering presentations, planning and executing account strategies, negotiating and closing complex deals, documenting activity in CRM, and traveling to meet customers. Ensure use of SanMar marketing tools, plan travel, and comply with company policies.
