Support regional sales by prospecting and engaging new and existing healthcare customers via cold/warm calls, email, and social outreach. Manage full sales cycle, territory and pipeline, deliver executive presentations and demos, respond to RFIs/RFPs, use Salesforce, meet booking targets, and travel ~50% to engage customers and close business.

Develop cloud-based services and cloud database infrastructure for healthcare applications. Write high-quality code in Node.js, work with containerized applications and Kubernetes, design systems, and collaborate in an agile team while researching new platform technologies.

Serve as primary MEDITECH contact for international clients: troubleshoot and resolve software issues, process enhancement requests, communicate with development teams, provide customer education, mentor coworkers, and travel to customer sites as needed to support long-term partnerships.

Lead enterprise-wide EHR deployment across a provincial healthcare environment. Provide executive program governance, vendor and subcontractor coordination, stakeholder engagement, readiness and adoption oversight, risk and financial management, and change leadership. Ensure workflow standardization, compliance, measurable KPIs, and successful go-live and stabilization while operating bilingually in English and French Canadian.
