Provide IT strategy and hands-on support across multiple Eataly USA locations: manage IT projects, implement store technology (including POS), resolve system issues, develop SOPs and SLAs, support new store openings, and handle day-to-day IT requests.

Support execution of Boston store marketing plans: maintain in-store communications and signage, assist social media content and promotions, coordinate events and education programming, manage partner relationships and demos, track marketing activations, and ensure initiatives meet brand, timeline, and budget requirements.
