Lead employee relations and engagement to improve staff performance and compliance. Advise managers on policy, communications, and regulatory issues; oversee leaves of absence; support front-line staff and a 24/7 operation; and drive adoption of the performance management system to align departments with organizational goals.

Partner with department leaders to improve employee experience and engagement. Advise on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy compliance. Administer performance systems, track reports, facilitate trainings, conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and coordinate with HR teams to operationalize HR processes and support program needs.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-turnover roles: source via ATS, social media and referrals; screen and interview using behavioral methods; consult with hiring managers; monitor requisitions and metrics; attend college fairs; support paperless onboarding and candidate tracking.

Lead government funding acquisition and retention efforts, managing grant strategy, proposal development, and compliance. Supervise grant-writing staff, cultivate municipal, state, and federal relationships, secure large public-sector grants ($1M+), and support program design and implementation to maximize public funding for homelessness and housing services.

Lead and grow a 13-person IT team; own IT operations, infrastructure, security, budgets, vendors, and business continuity. Execute a 3-year IT strategy emphasizing AI, ensure HIPAA-aware security and data governance, and represent IT to the CFO, executive team, and Board.
