Lead benefits, wellness, and HRIS strategy and operations, ensuring compliance, accurate employee records, and strong vendor relationships. Manage benefits team, drive HRIS implementations and data modernization, partner with finance, and support organizational wellness and employee experience.

Partner with department leaders to improve employee experience and engagement. Advise on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy compliance. Lead the Leadership Giving Program to cultivate, solicit, and steward mid-level donors ($2,500–$10,000). Design tiered engagement and stewardship strategies, coordinate cross-team events and communications, track donor pipeline and performance metrics, and grow donor retention, upgrades, and new giving circle members.

Lead government funding acquisition and retention efforts, managing grant strategy, proposal development, and compliance. Supervise grant-writing staff, cultivate municipal, state, and federal relationships, secure large public-sector grants ($1M+), and support program design and implementation to maximize public funding for homelessness and housing services.

Lead and grow a 13-person IT team; own IT operations, infrastructure, security, budgets, vendors, and business continuity. Execute a 3-year IT strategy emphasizing AI, ensure HIPAA-aware security and data governance, and represent IT to the CFO, executive team, and Board.
