Lead government affairs strategy across multiple states, representing the company before state leaders, managing advocacy efforts, and collaborating with internal teams on policy developments.

Handles inbound and outbound customer communications to secure the return of rental equipment, resolve inquiries and complaints, update records, document interactions, and escalate unresolved issues. The role also supports client retention, converts customers to private pay when applicable, identifies root causes, recommends process improvements, and meets productivity and quality goals.

Supports the Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, revising, and coordinating commercial contracts and related legal documents. Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, track defects, perform regression testing, and create test documentation. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and testability. The role also involves applying testing processes, supporting CI/CD practices, coordinating with distributed teams, and staying current with testing tools and methodologies.
