Lead change management and adoption for AI engagements: develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption metrics. Serve as a senior finance operator for private-equity-backed portfolio companies: execute accounting and finance workstreams, manage client relationships, support post-acquisition integration, improve financial reporting and close processes, prepare audit readiness materials, perform working capital and cash flow analysis, deliver client-ready analyses and schedules, and manage assigned workstreams to meet engagement timelines.

Provide US-outbound international tax and transfer pricing advice for US-headquartered multinationals. Manage engagements, prepare and review tax filings and disclosures (ASC 740, Forms 5471/8858/8865/1120-series, FATCA/FBAR), support audits, restructuring, repatriation, foreign tax credit optimization, and maintain tax basis and documentation. Coordinate with transfer pricing teams and prepare technical memoranda, elections, and global tax calculations.

Lead and manage multiple buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity clients. Oversee analyses, review workpapers, manage timelines and quality control, present findings to stakeholders, exercise technical transaction judgment, and coach junior team members.

Manage and optimize employee benefits technology (primarily Employee Navigator). Train staff and clients, schedule and execute implementations, troubleshoot platform issues, configure sites for renewals and open enrollment, and provide ongoing product training and support.
