Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and near-real-time data pipelines and data products using Databricks and Spark. Integrate internal/external sources, implement data models, ensure data quality, support BI (Sisense), CI/CD, and collaborate with analysts, scientists, and stakeholders to enable analytics and decision-making.

Lead a cross-functional agile engineering team while remaining hands-on in architecture and coding. Mentor engineers, coordinate with Product and QA, improve delivery practices, CI/CD, operational reliability, and cloud-based systems, and drive modernization and engineering standards.

Design, deploy, and optimize SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases across cloud and on-premises; tune queries and indices; manage backups, DR, failover testing; secure and monitor systems; handle migrations, replication, clustering, and troubleshooting.

Perform FP&A analyses including variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. Consolidate company-wide reports, manage source data queries, build Anaplan models, produce performance reports and recommendations to support business decisions and planning.

Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional AI/ML and SDLC modernization initiatives. Plan and drive projects, manage risks and dependencies, run Agile rituals, embed AI across requirements, development, testing, and release, and use tooling (Jira/Confluence) and engineering metrics to ensure aligned, measurable outcomes.
