The Payroll Associate processes multi-state bi-weekly payrolls, manages payroll accounts, reconciles journal entries, and assists HR and Finance teams with projects and audits.

Support Private Credit finance operations including fund accounting, investor reporting, NAV, management fee and carried interest reviews, capital calls/distributions, audit coordination, analytical reviews of financial statements, and fundraising/investor information requests while assisting the CFO.

Coordinate fund tax return filings and K-1 reporting, review tax workpapers and allocations, support tax projections and withholding, address tax notices and audits, respond to investor tax-information requests, and collaborate on tax strategies and structures. The role also supports documentation, database maintenance, AI software migration, transaction booking, and ad hoc tax projects for Credit and Global Special Situations businesses.

Prepare and review U.S. GAAP financial and capital statements for complex investment structures; manage treasury and daily cash; support external audits and tax workpapers; produce investor and ad hoc reporting; improve processes using technology; supervise staff and collaborate on new partner services initiatives.

Lead firmwide sustainability communications and reporting, support sustainability strategy and integration across private markets, partner with deal and portfolio teams to measure and drive impact, and manage stakeholder communications and research projects.

Lead day-to-day AWS and Kubernetes platform operations, ensuring reliability, governance, incident response, and SLA-driven support.
