Builds and scales the Business Development and Strategic Alliances organization, establishes operating processes and metrics, develops executive customer and partner relationships, shapes opportunities before procurement, and advances programs through funding, contract award, and expansion. Develops teaming strategies with defense primes, cloud providers, technology companies, and systems integrators while coordinating with revenue, capture, product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams.

Designs and maintains scalable AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, Terraform-based IaC, and CI/CD pipelines. Integrates MLOps and DevSecOps practices, automates deployment and system administration, monitors performance and cost, supports incident response, and collaborates with engineering teams to improve platform architecture and reliability.
